Standard Terms and conditions For Paramedical First Aid North Derbyshire Limited

Courses

For group bookings we require the number of learners attending one week prior to the course date so Paramedical First Aid North Derbyshire can provide the correct equipment and paperwork for the day.

Course Cancelation

Cancelation up to 14 days of course starting attracts 50% of the invoice total (min £150 plus vat)

Cancelation up to 48 Hours of course starting attracts 75% of the invoice total (min £150 plus vat)

Cancelation of less than 48 hours notice from course starting attracts 100% of invoice. (min £150 plus vat)

Non attendees attract 100% of the charge.

Identification is essential for all learners without exception. Contact us for a list of acceptable forms of ID.

Courses are invoiced according to places booked.

For ONSITE group bookings no deposit is required.

For OFFSITE where Paramedical First Aid North Derbyshire pre book a training room then a 30% deposit is required before the course can be confirmed. Deposit is non-refundable.

Payment can be up front for the full course, however, if payment is made after the course has finished Paramedical First Aid North Derbyshire will keep all certification and documentation until the invoice is paid in full.

Payment should be made within 30 days of the course being completed.

An admin charge of £25 +VAT will be charged for any invoices not settled within 30 days of the course being completed. This charge will be made on day 31 and repeated for every 15 days thereafter until the invoice is settled in full.

ALL Paramedical First Aid North Derbyshire Limited policies and procedures are available to all training customers and each trainer carries an electronic copy with them to all courses.

Courses can be cancelled and rearranged by either Paramedical First Aid North Derbyshire Limited or the customer due to dangerous weather conditions.

If Paramedical First Aid North Derbyshire Limited have to cancel a course due to staff sickness then Paramedical First Aid North Derbyshire Limited will rearrange the course at a mutually agreed date for both Paramedical First Aid North Derbyshire Limited and the customer and the course will be run at reduced rates by way of apology and by doing this negates Paramedical First Aid North Derbyshire from any other forms of costs.

Groups of 2-5 we will reduce the invoice by 30% before VAT
Groups of 6-12 we will reduce the invoice by 40% before VAT
Groups of 13 or above we will reduce the invoice by 50% before VAT

We offer a free reminder service and by booking with Paramedical First Aid North Derbyshire Limited you authorise us to be able to contact you. when courses that have been completed we will email or call you to look for new dates to requalify staff.

Contract rates are available upon request. These are reviewed annually and depend on an agreed numbers of learners being trained by Paramedical First Aid North Derbyshire Limited.

Disclosure of Personal Data

We may disclose your personal data:

  • To other companies within our group.
  • If we sell our business.
  • In cases where we are required by law to pass on information or if we believe action is necessary for fraud, cyber-crime or to protect the website, rights, personal safety of persons.

We may also disclose aggregate statistics about visitors to our website (customers and sales) in order to describe our services to prospective partners (advertisers, sponsors) and other reputable third parties and for other lawful purposes, but these statistics will include no personally identifiable information.

If you are concerned about your data, you have the right, subject to the payment of a small fee to request access to personal data which may hold or process about you.

Supplier Identification

We do not have an online shop or catalogue however we do have access to over 4000 consumables and first aid items including defibrillators. Feel free to message us with the list of items you need and we will be happy to source and email you a quote.

Right to Cancel

All customers have the right to cancel their orders under the The Distance Selling Regulations which gives consumers extra protection when buying online. Specific legislation here that applies is regulation of The Distance Selling Regulations.

You have the right to cancel the purchase of a good without having to give a reason at any time within the “cooling off period” of seven working days, beginning on the day after you receive the goods.
If you are in possession of the goods you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them. You must send the goods back to us to our contact address at your own cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective) as soon as possible once you have canceled the contract. Photographic evidence is required for any damaged packaging prior to you the customer opening the packaging. We will endeavour to sort out any damage done by delivery services however will not be held responsible for any damage incurred but will liaise with the delivery company to resolve any issues but this may incur additional time.

We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods or return them at our expense.

Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the contract, any sum debited to us will be refunded to you as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your cancellation.

You will not have any right to cancel a purchase for the supply of any of the following goods:
For the supply of good made to your specifications or clearly personalised or which by reason of their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

Notices

All notices you send us must be sent to the contact details on this site paramedicalfand.co.uk or direct email info@paramedicalfand.co.uk we may give notice to you at either the email or postal address you provide to us when making a purchase. (Notice will be deemed received and properly served 24 hours after an email is sent or three days after the date of posting of any letter). In providing the service of any notice, it will be sufficient to prove, in the case of a letter, that the letter was properly addressed, stamped and placed in the post and, in the case of an email that the email was sent to the specified email address of the addressees.

Price

Prices are subject to VAT at standard rate and are exclusive of any postage/carriage charges
The Seller reserves the right to vary its prices without notice to the Buyer.

Payment

We do not offer credit terms as a company however we will consider all requests. Invoices should be settled 30 days from items being ordered. Late payment charges as listed above are chargeable from day 31.

Delivery

Postage is set within the completion of the checkout procedure.

Carriage is subject to VAT at standard rate.

We do not ship outside the UK

Warranties

Any warranties offered are direct with the manufacturer and all claims will be directed at them however we are happy to act as an intermediary to resolve any issues.

Returns Policy

Paramedical First Aid Supplies offer a 7 day returns policy. Providing all items are not used, still in their original packaging and not damaged, we will be happy to offer an exchange or refund.

In line with the The Distance Selling Regulations unless the item is not as described all returns carriage costs will be at the buyers’ expense.

Exchanges or refunds are given once the item is received by Paramedical First Aid supplies and all items are confirmed as being intact and present.

Changes to these Terms and Conditions

Paramedical First Aid North Derbyshire Limited will try to give a minimum of 28 days’ notice to changes to any of these terms and conditions.

Conclusion

These terms are governed by English law. Any contract for the purchase of goods from this site and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with any such contract will be governed by English law. You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction. However, if you are a resident in Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are a resident in Scotland you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.
