I’m Chris Towndrow and have been practising as a Paramedic since 2009. I’ve previously worked in the banking and transport sectors.

I attended Sheffield Hallam University and completed a course in mentoring and facilitating, approved by the National midwifery Council, as well as a course in work based learning.

My aim is to now train as many people to become competent first aiders as possible, passing on my knowledge and experience to help all our students be more confident in helping others and saving lives.

20I have 23 years emergency service experience. I began my career joining Patient Transport Services, working my way up to Paramedic. In recent years I have completed my Paramedic Science foundation degree at the University of Teeside. In 2014,  I gained a Mentoring Facilitating Work Based Learning and Assessment through the University of Northampton.

I am very keen to pass on my knowledge and experience to all delegates and look forward to meeting you.
